Enablers

In the concrete development of Intelligent Business Agility, there are 3 reference enablers:

  1. Agile Governance, the ability to always have an overview of the organization and adapt it sustainably to new needs
  2. People, or putting People at the center by unleashing their potential
  3. Ways of Working, effective and efficient operating models.

Specifically, we have:

  • Agile Governance
    • Antifragile: create an antifragile and scalable organization, which goes beyond agile, through a flexible model supported by change agents.
    • Modern management: developing a management capable of giving direction, inspiring people through self-awareness and an effective operating model.
  • People
    • Cultures: Combining the company's beliefs, values, and attitudes in a way that positively influences the behavior of its employees.
    • Competencies: competent People, i.e. those able to apply knowledge in the specific context, are essential to achieve success.
  • Ways of working
    • Execution: mastering what you need, from skills to technicalities, to achieve results in the most effective way.
    • Adaptation: constantly rethinking to improve performance and the quality of results.

It is evident that people, and the ecosystem they create, are the fulcrum of organizational culture, allowing events to be interpreted and to generate a sense of belonging and involvement within the organization itself. A dynamic organizational culture allows people to identify with the organization and to generate behaviors and thoughts consistent with its values.

The development of the IBA therefore passes through the creation of a cohesive community of people who share a common culture, strengthened by positive behavior towards all individuals, and influenced by a context where, rather than rules and hierarchical controls, people are given delegation, trust and autonomy.
